As I quarantine during this COVID virus outbreak, I am painting and looking forward to being able to get back out into the world again. These three pieces are oils, each measuring 5 x 7″ and available for $65 per painting. SOLD

The 500,000 acre Pisgah National Forest is a beautiful hardwood forest in western North Carolina. There are some massive waterfalls in easy hiking distance. I was last there following some heavy rainfall earlier in the week, and the amount of water cascading down the rock faces was impressive!
I am so thankful I have the retreat of my studio to paint. I finished this 12 x 12″ oil on canvas recently, and just love the bright energy of these sunflowers! Looking at them makes my heart feel hopeful.
